What you will do

• Lead and direct aircraft maintenance tasks performed by mechanics.
• Schedule work to meet targeted aircraft return-to-service timelines.
• Maintain UH-60 aircraft, engines, subsystems, structural components, flight controls, hydraulics, electrical systems, and associated equipment.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, component replacements, servicing, and airworthiness evaluations.
• Interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, task cards, drawings, and technical data to determine repair and alteration methods.
• Ensure correct use of tools, approved procedures, maintenance documentation, and electronic program MIS entries while coordinating with production control, customers, and manufacturers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• FAA Mechanic certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings, or an acceptable host-nation equivalent.
• At least 10 years of direct aircraft maintenance experience, including specific UH-60 experience and prior phase or heavy maintenance.
• Active use of Airframe and Powerplant license privileges for at least 6 months during the previous 24 months.
• Spanish Level II is required for LATAM locations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required U.S. security clearance. Technical manuals and data must be read and understood in English; the role also requires effective written and oral customer communication.
