ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Senior/Medior) (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Design ServiceNow technical architecture and support complex development approaches with business analysts and functional consultants.
• Configure and tailor ServiceNow solutions to meet customer business requirements.
• Implement front-end and back-end functionality across ServiceNow modules.
• Build integrations with cloud and on-premise systems using SOAP, REST, JDBC, LDAP, SSO, SAP, and other ITSM technologies.
• Act as a technical advisor for customers and collaborate with consultants, architects, developers, and technical stakeholders.
• Produce technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant ServiceNow experience, including modules such as GRC/IRM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.
• Experience consulting external customers and working through the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, AngularJS, ServiceNow scripting, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Access Control, and Validation Scripts.
• Experience configuring tables, forms, lists, reports, workflows, email notifications, data, test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Fluent Dutch or French and English required; capacity to travel is necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technical end users in a service-oriented role.
• Knowledge of ITSM and agile frameworks such as DevOps, IT4IT, and ITIL.
• Experience with system performance analysis and documentation.
