What you will do
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities from job posting and offer documentation through pre-boarding and employee integration.
- Serve as the primary contact for new hires and hiring managers, resolving onboarding questions, issues, and service tickets.
- Manage pre-hire contingencies, onboarding tasks, employee records, and data accuracy while supporting audit and regulatory requirements.
- Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows and low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Support the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to improve recruitment and onboarding service delivery.
- Analyze operational data, process trends, and user feedback to identify automation and continuous-improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Workday for recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience using AI technologies, AI-powered agents, copilots, or low-code/no-code solutions.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong communication, customer focus, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a matrix environment.

- Experience in digital transformation, process optimization, continuous improvement, or innovation within HR, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, or Operations.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions while maintaining compliance and quality.
