TL;DR
Senior PTP Accountant (Finance): Overseeing procure-to-pay accounting activities across the Rohlik Group, including vendor invoices, travel and expense processing, accruals, reconciliations, and open-item resolution, with an accent on quality, timeliness, and complex cases. Focus on handling escalations, setting performance KPIs, and driving continuous process improvements across the PTP function.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with three days in the office and two days working from home.

What you will do
- Oversee procure-to-pay accounting activities for Group and related entities.
- Process vendor invoices, travel and expense claims, accruals, and other PTP-related journal vouchers.
- Resolve open items and handle escalations, complex reconciliations, and non-standard cases.
- Ensure timely, high-quality reconciliation processes and accurate accounting records.
- Participate in performance management and KPI-setting processes.
- Drive continuous process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the PTP function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a similar role.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- German, Hungarian, or Romanian language skills.
