Junior Talent Specialist (Recruitment)

Location: Remote Serbia (Belgrade); permanently remote. Work 8 hours within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours, with flexible start and end times.

Salary: $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and platforms including Indeed, Upwork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Screen applications and resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Create and publish job advertisements in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment metrics, interview notes, and application records in an ATS.
• Support a positive candidate experience and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements

• English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career HR professionals are welcome.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing multiple candidates and open roles.
• Professional presentation skills and the ability to communicate company and role information clearly.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm, coachability, and the ability to learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
