Senior Transfer Agency Specialist

What you will do

• Support daily transfer agency services, including investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and investor record maintenance.
• Review transactions and operational activities for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
• Serve as a key contact for clients, investors, and internal teams, resolving queries efficiently.
• Monitor and investigate operational issues, risks, and exceptions.
• Guide team members, share knowledge, and support workload management and problem solving.
• Contribute to process improvements and projects that enhance efficiency, controls, and client experience.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review work, manage priorities, and support junior team members.
• Client-focused and proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or a similar financial services environment.
• Understanding of investor servicing and fund operations.
