💰 Salary: €2,500 gross + commission (discussed during interview)

Are you experienced in payments, finance operations, or treasury—and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed matter?

We’re looking for a Payments & Payouts Officer to join a dynamic Forex environment and take ownership of the full lifecycle of client funds.
From deposits and withdrawals to multi-currency payment flows, reconciliations, PSP performance, and payment optimization—you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Back Office, Payments, Treasury, Fintech, or FX
✔️ Strong understanding of FX rates, margins, and rolling spots
✔️ Advanced Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, Apps Script)
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
✔️ Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict payment cut-off times
✔️ Fluent English
✔️ A proactive mindset and passion for improving processes
