Performance Manager (Meta/TikTok)

Location: Remote; access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade.

What you will do

• Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Operate campaigns in restricted and high-moderation verticals while managing account, policy, and moderation risks.
• Build creative and audience tests and use results to make scaling decisions.
• Track CPA, ROAS, and LTV-driven metrics and adjust budgets based on performance.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams on funnels, landing pages, and tracking.
• Own projects independently from brief and account setup through optimization and reporting.

Requirements

• Commercial experience running Meta and/or TikTok campaigns in restricted verticals such as adult, iGaming, dating, nutra, or crypto.
• Practical experience handling account bans, moderation, and advertising policy limitations.
• Strong knowledge of tracking and attribution setups, including pixels, CAPI, MMPs, and UTMs.
• Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Ability to own projects end to end with minimal supervision.
• Confident working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with creator economy, subscription, or Telegram-based products.
• Experience with traffic sources beyond Meta and TikTok.
