TL;DR
NetSuite Finance Solutions Architect (NetSuite): Designing and delivering scalable NetSuite finance systems for a global Finance environment with an accent on IFRS 18 implementation, multi-entity accounting, reporting, automation, and integrations. Focus on translating complex accounting requirements into architecture, building SuiteScript and SuiteTalk solutions, and leading delivery from concept through implementation.
Location: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) or Indonesia (Jakarta); hybrid or remote working model.
Contract: Initial 6 months, with potential for extension.

What you will do
- Design and deliver Finance systems solutions in NetSuite.
- Translate complex accounting and reporting requirements into scalable system architecture.
- Support IFRS 18 implementation and broader finance transformation initiatives.
- Build and optimize financial reporting, dashboards, workflows, automation, custom records, and integrations.
- Work directly with senior Finance stakeholders and own delivery from requirements through testing and implementation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of NetSuite experience, including solution architecture and implementation.
- Deep experience with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-entity and multi-currency environments, consolidation, and intercompany processes.
- Strong finance, accounting, IFRS, financial controls, and data integrity knowledge; ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Hands-on expertise in financial reporting, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, dashboards, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, APIs, and integrations.
- Ability to translate Finance requirements into practical architecture and independently lead work from concept through implementation.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior Finance stakeholders.

- Experience with IFRS 18.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
