An industrial manufacturing organization producing low-voltage drives, power inverters, and converters for global markets and applications including manufacturing and marine industries.
What you will do
- Plan and schedule customer orders according to material availability, production capacity, and required delivery dates.
- Create production orders in the ERP system and track order fulfillment and shipments.
- Respond to delays, material shortages, and other supply chain disruptions.
- Coordinate production changes with Sales and communicate updates to order conditions and delivery dates.
- Monitor sales forecasts and adjust production plans to changing demand and capacity.
- Control material consumption and resolve daily planning issues with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production.
Requirements
- Education in Production, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant manufacturing experience may also be considered.
- Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve operational challenges independently.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Good Excel and general IT skills, with accuracy when working with data and planning information.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
- Good command of Estonian and English.
