What you will do

• Own end-to-end store operations, from fulfillment and picking to delivery, across a group of grocery stores.
• Lead and support 4–5 Store Managers and Store Team Leads, as well as grocery associates.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, customer experience, and operational safety.
• Hire, train, and guide store leaders while maintaining an ambitious and motivated team.
• Create shift schedules, quality initiatives, and process changes to help stores meet business targets.
• Review demand forecasts, plan productivity requirements, and collaborate with operations, inventory, commercial, and product teams.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management within retail, distribution, or platform economy environments.
• Experience leading teams in stores or a similar operational setting.
• Strong analytical skills; Excel experience is recommended.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Estonian.
• Ability to act quickly in operational situations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Hands-on, proactive, pragmatic, and resilient approach to change.
