GNSS Software / Systems Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Nootdorp, Netherlands

Salary: €4,400–€5,400 gross per month, depending on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software that transforms GNSS algorithms into customer-facing products and services.
• Own features throughout design, implementation, integration, deployment, and operational support.
• Build and improve CI/CD, packaging, and release pipelines across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with research, development, operations, partners, and customers to integrate capabilities into production systems.
• Design tools for software validation, testing, monitoring, and end-user feedback.
• Support code quality through reviews, automated testing, documentation, and Agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Navigation Technology, Geodesy, or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or software product development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with Python or similar languages for tooling and automation.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems, Linux-based environments, and production software deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, software packaging, release management, and DevOps principles.
• Fluent English is required, along with the ability to balance software, hardware, and operational requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GNSS and high-precision positioning.
• Experience with Agile tooling and AI-assisted software development.
