Pricing & Quote Officer - Temp

What you will do

• Prepare timely and accurate customer quotes using global proposal desk practices and ensure approval and policy compliance.
• Review quote pricing for accuracy and competitiveness across assigned product line cards and pre- and post-sales processes.
• Develop pricing models and support strategic pricing, cost reduction, price change, and profitability initiatives.
• Maintain customer price books, cost models, quote tools, and ERP system data.
• Coordinate with materials, sales, program management, supplier business development, customer service, and finance teams.
• Track win/loss results and prepare activity or margin performance reports to identify sales opportunities.

Requirements

• At least two years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of organizational practices and procedures sufficient to perform the role independently.
• Ability to establish priorities, manage time, and develop alternative solutions when needed.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel may be required.
