TL;DR
Financial Planning and Analysis (Strategic Sourcing & Procurement): Leading budgeting, forecasting, closing, deal structuring, supplier risk assessment, and management reporting for ASML’s Asia Strategic Sourcing and Procurement organization with an accent on data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and process standardization. Focus on analyzing financial and procurement data, validating business cases and supplier contracts, and aligning stakeholders across Asia and Veldhoven.

What you will do

  • Lead annual budgeting for approximately 350 FTE in SS&P Asia, quarterly forecasting, and monthly closing processes.
  • Own the agenda, content, and approval flow for the Asia Deal Structuring Team process across NEA, SEA, and China.
  • Review supplier contracts, validate purchase requisitions, and support supplier financial risk assessments.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives, business improvement projects, and business case validation, including make-to-buy projects.
  • Aggregate, analyze, and synthesize data from Spotfire, SAP, and other sources to support management decisions.
  • Improve financial and procurement processes, policies, reporting standards, and management analyses across the organization.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration, data analytics, management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire and Power BI, and enterprise systems such as SAP.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Forms.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, business acumen, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment with a strong focus on accuracy, integrity, compliance, and ownership.
