Senior Digital Activation Executive (Retail Media)

What you will do

• Build relationships with LOOKFANTASTIC brand partners and co-develop data-driven paid media campaigns.
• Develop and pitch multi-platform digital media plans to support brand growth.
• Collaborate with influencer, design, buying, trading, and performance marketing teams to create and repurpose campaign assets.
• Produce mid-campaign and post-campaign reporting to demonstrate uplift and return on investment.
• Continuously optimize campaigns against agreed ROI targets and support additional media investment.
• Stay current across key media platforms and deliver innovative retail media strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing.
• Competence with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Ability to work with brand partners and communicate effectively when pitching media plans.
• Self-starter with strong motivation and a professional brand ambassador presence.
• Interest in the beauty and retail media industry.
