Senior Manager Cybersecurity

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid work from home, client sites, or the Brussels office.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, deliver, and support cybersecurity offerings covering strategy, risk, compliance, operations, resilience, and training.
• Support operational resilience services and the Cyber Risk Review SaaS, which quantifies cyber risk through NIST-based attack modeling.
• Develop recommendations, present findings to executive sponsors, and collaborate with engagement teams on client deliverables.
• Manage projects and relationships with flagship and key accounts while leading business development and proposal efforts.
• Coordinate internal initiatives with the Managing Director of Cybersecurity, maintain project information repositories, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Mentor junior team members as a Career Advocate.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, including cybersecurity projects.
• English and Dutch or French communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, operating systems, cloud platforms, applications, and cryptography.
