Site Manager

hirify.global provides site-based chemical and cleaning solutions, with the role supporting Diversey customer operations.

What you will do

• Manage customer-site processes and coordinate service execution with the customer and Diversey team.
• Monitor customer KPIs, provide weekly performance reports, resolve issues proactively, and maintain service continuity.
• Achieve sales targets, follow up on customer payments, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Champion trials of advanced solutions and support chemical optimization, demand forecasting, inventory control, and replenishment.
• Maintain cleaning materials, equipment, chemical supplies, and site support resources.
• Develop and update SOPs to reflect chemical changes, risks, and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• Leadership and people management skills.
• Emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Nairobi, Kenya.
• Experience or capability in chemical inventory management, demand forecasting, and operational coordination.
• Ability to maintain accurate safety documentation, chemical labelling, storage, and handling procedures.
