Android Developer (Fintech)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: EUR 980–1800 per month gross. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable Android features for a mobile banking application.
• Implement secure transactions, cashback logic, and real-time cashback tracking.
• Integrate payment, geolocation, partner, and financial APIs.
• Build and maintain application architecture using modern Android best practices.
• Monitor crashes, performance, analytics, and user behavior to improve application quality.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams; lead code reviews and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Knowledge of Android fundamentals, application lifecycle, OOP, and MVVM/MVI architecture.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and/or View/XML, Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, REST APIs, serialization, and Room.
• Experience with dependency injection using Hilt, Dagger, Koin, or an equivalent solution.
• Experience writing unit tests, with basic UI testing knowledge, Git, and CI/CD.
• English: Intermediate or higher.
