Scrum Master

What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track velocity, burndown and burnup charts, cycle time, risks, blockers, and other delivery metrics.
• Partner with Product Owners and client stakeholders on backlog quality, user stories, status reporting, and sprint demos.
• Coach teams, engineering managers, and stakeholders on Scrum, Agile values, empirical process control, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments, protect sprint commitments, and coordinate dependencies across multiple Scrum teams.
• Maintain sprint plans, backlogs, retrospective notes, risk logs, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery role.
• Experience facilitating Scrum for at least two software development teams or projects.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with experience in estimation, planning, retrospectives, and delivery risk assessment.
• Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, communication, stakeholder-management, coaching, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Linear.
• Business-level English and Vietnamese required. Knowledge of information security practices, including data handling, access control, incident reporting, information classification, and document control, is also required.

Nice to have

• CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Agilist, or another relevant certification.
• Experience with distributed cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
• Experience supporting organization-level Agile transformation or coaching initiatives.
