What you will do
- Plan and execute the deployment of the Car Service ERP project across territories, from pilots through rollout and stabilization.
- Coordinate deployment schedules, milestones, risks, blockers, releases, go-live packs, and user guides.
- Design and deliver change management, communication, training, coaching, and user adoption initiatives.
- Support user acceptance testing, configuration validation, data quality checks, and issue resolution with IT and data teams.
- Monitor adoption, training completion, data quality, traffic, conversion, revenue uplift, and post-go-live service levels through dashboards and reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, franchisees, and regional stakeholders while documenting playbooks and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project implementation, change management, retail or franchise operations, or CRM/ERP deployment.
- Project management experience with Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Experience delivering training and driving user adoption, with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Business English proficiency is required.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site, including outside standard hours or on weekends when required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of dealer operations and automotive retail standard operating procedures.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Prosci certification.
