Clinical Safety Specialist (Healthcare): Delivering clinical safety assurance and risk management across healthcare products in Dubai with an accent on clinical governance, safety assessments, and multidisciplinary stakeholder engagement. Focus on investigating clinical risks, adapting safety frameworks, advising customers, and supporting implementation and training across inpatient and outpatient workflows.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role includes approximately 10% travel and flexibility to support global business needs.

What you will do
- Provide clinical safety assurance across products.
- Adapt and maintain the Clinical Safety Management Framework and related plans.
- Investigate reported clinical safety issues, assess clinical risk, and create safety reports.
- Act as an escalation point and provide clinical safety advice to customers and implementation teams.
- Deliver clinical safety training to internal and external groups.
- Maintain regional, project, and clinical safety documentation and participate in Clinical Safety Group activities.
Requirements
- Clinical qualification as a doctor, senior nurse, pharmacist, or allied health professional, with professional registration.
- 5–10 years of clinical experience, including experience in a secondary care setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows across inpatient settings, including accident and emergency, maternity, and operating theatres, as well as outpatient settings.
- Experience in clinical governance and successful clinical risk management activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, influencing, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with regional, implementation, and support teams.
Nice to have
- Experience using or implementing EMR or HIS systems.
- Experience developing training materials, delivering training, or coaching.
- Multilingual ability as required for the location.
