HR Business Partner (Malaysia and Indonesia) (People & Culture): Delivering local people strategies and trusted HR guidance for commercial businesses across Malaysia and Indonesia with an accent on talent, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and compliance. Focus on advising leaders, managing employee lifecycle programs, supporting organizational change, and using people insights to improve local HR processes.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; supports commercial businesses across Malaysia and Indonesia. Flexible work combines purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.

What you will do
- Act as the primary People & Culture partner for leaders and employees across Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Advise managers on leadership, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and development planning.
- Manage routine employee relations matters and support organizational design, restructuring, and change initiatives.
- Lead local engagement, communication, inclusion, wellbeing, and change management activities.
- Use people data and insights to improve HR processes, documentation, compliance, and employee lifecycle delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, including business partnering.
- Experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation; exposure to Indonesian employment practices is advantageous.
- Experience working in a matrix, regional, or multinational organization and supporting multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and change management capabilities, with experience partnering with commercial or corporate functions.
