TL;DR
Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Healthcare): Leading comprehensive testing initiatives for enterprise healthcare claims and administration applications with an accent on test strategy, risk-based testing, database validation, and system integration. Focus on coordinating complex testing across projects, mentoring QA analysts, validating security and exploratory testing, and improving quality processes and metrics.
Location: Makati, Philippines, with work from home and twice-monthly site visits. Night shift aligned with the US timezone.

What you will do
- Lead complex testing initiatives across multiple enterprise application projects.
- Design test strategies, risk-based testing approaches, estimates, and testing standards.
- Perform exploratory, integration, functional, user acceptance, database, and security testing validation.
- Coordinate testing deliverables, stakeholder communication, and user acceptance testing.
- Mentor QA Analysts and Associate QA Analysts while collaborating with architects and senior developers on testability.
- Drive test process improvements, quality metrics reporting, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of software quality assurance experience, including experience leading testing projects and mentoring team members.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, test strategy development, and risk assessment.
- Advanced SQL skills, database testing, data validation, and enterprise application testing experience.
- Advanced Jira administration, qTest, complex SQL, API tools such as ReadyAPI or Postman, and test management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with NeoLoad, Tosca, security testing tools, or performance monitoring tools.
- ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst, ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, CQE, Agile Testing Advanced, or security testing certifications.
