What you will do
- Manage the program Quality Analyst team and oversee QA observations, reporting, analysis, and calibration sessions.
- Deploy and complete the program QA delivery plan and implement standard quality practices.
- Champion the Continuous Improvement Framework and provide process-level insights to stakeholders.
- Use quality data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for performance and experience improvements.
- Lead productivity, effectiveness, and development initiatives for QA Specialists.
- Represent the QA team in communication with clients, department heads, and program members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a Quality team, including client management.
- Experience with marketing, organizational development, psychology, or customer experience.
- Project leadership, research, data analysis, and customer feedback analysis skills.
- Ability to create Customer Journey Maps and Employee Journey Maps and identify process or design improvements.
- Excellent written communication, organization, attention to detail, and professional presentation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
