SAP Concur Configuration Consultant

Location: Herndon, Virginia, United States; hybrid with onsite and remote work

Salary: $55 per hour, 1099 contract

What you will do

• Own SAP Concur functional configuration and process design for authorized external financial-system providers.
• Enable access to and testing of approved API and file-based integrations in a non-production environment.
• Define onboarding, sponsorship, user-access, and testing workflows.
• Support functional testing, user acceptance testing, and operating documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP Concur configuration and implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Concur Expense, travel and expense controls, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience translating requirements into configuration, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of identity, access, provider onboarding, and non-production testing concepts.
• Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations.
• Able to obtain MBI clearance.

Nice to have

• SAP Concur certification.
• API, SFTP, or shared-services experience.
