Marketing Specialist

Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; hybrid work from the iHub coworking office at Baitik Baatyra 1/4, with work-from-home on Wednesdays

Salary: $500–$750 net per month

Levitate manages marketing activities and accounts for its clients and internal operations.

What you will do

• Own content calendars and manage social media accounts, primarily on LinkedIn.
• Develop platform-specific strategies and create posts, newsletters, blog contributions, and campaign copy.
• Run targeted outbound campaigns through email and LinkedIn, including list building, sequencing, and execution.
• Work with the Marketing Manager, design specialists, and AI/automation team members.
• Support reporting and performance tracking across accounts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of marketing experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English for daily client-facing content.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts in an agency or in-house environment.
• Based in Bishkek and able to work in the hybrid office-based format.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, Apollo, and HeyReach in daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with outbound marketing, email marketing, or lead generation.
• Design experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Interest in or familiarity with B2B, technology, or cybersecurity industries.
