What you will do

• Develop and manage the marketing strategy and growth plan for the Kyrgyzstan market.
• Identify market research opportunities and propose hypotheses for testing.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spending.
• Support the Commercial department through marketing initiatives.
• Track and influence product awareness, sales growth, and brand loyalty metrics.
• Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to deliver marketing campaigns and develop new online and offline channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience managing budgets and analyzing costs.
• Experience taking 360° campaigns and marketing events from brief to execution.
• Strong understanding of marketing research and technology.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to clearly justify and defend a point of view.
