Cluster Marketing Project Manager (Hospitality)

Salary: Starting from EUR 2,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Own marketing projects from concept through execution and results across five Riga hotel properties.
• Adapt and implement brand strategies for the hirify.global Blu, hirify.global, and Park Inn brands in the Riga market.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Identify, brief, and manage local influencers and content creators through final content approval.
• Promote the hirify.global Rewards loyalty program in Riga in line with CSO guidelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or food and beverage.
• Portfolio with managed social media accounts, created content, and at least one campaign demonstrating measurable business results.
• Confident use of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and CapCut or similar mobile video editing tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities across multiple properties, and take full ownership of execution.
• Fluency in English and Latvian, written and spoken, is required.

• Knowledge of additional languages.
