What you will do
- Manage daily activities and key operational decisions within the Network Operations Centre.
- Oversee Abu Dhabi Hub operations across ground handling, catering, cargo, ADA, ATC, and ADNOC stakeholders.
- Monitor safety and security risks, respond to significant incidents, and activate emergency response and disruption recovery programs.
- Supervise Network Operations Centre teams and coordinate escalation across operational stakeholders.
- Prepare operational evaluations, risk briefings, event logs, conference calls, and business reports.
- Develop and continuously review contingency plans for network disruptions.
Requirements
- Degree-level education.
- At least 8 years of airline operations experience.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar-sized, hub-based airline.
- Experience managing operational risks, incidents, accidents, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to ensure compliance with company Operations Manuals and GCAA regulations.
