Lead AI Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Define the technical vision, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and standards for the AI capability.
• Design and build end-to-end enterprise AI solutions covering data integration, retrieval, knowledge layers, model orchestration, agents, security, and operations.
• Prototype, write and review code, and take solutions from proof of concept to scalable, secure, production-grade systems.
• Design multi-agent systems, tool-using agents, human-in-the-loop workflows, and knowledge-driven architectures.
• Advise executive stakeholders on architecture trade-offs and support client workshops, solutioning, and proposals.
• Mentor engineers, data scientists, and consultants while collaborating with PA and Jacobs specialists.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering enterprise AI, data, or software solutions as an architect, principal engineer, tech lead, or CTO.
• Practical expertise in LLMs, prompt and context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, semantic layers, agentic frameworks, MCP, LLMOps, MLOps, evaluation, observability, and AI security.
• Strong experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong software engineering skills, typically using Python and/or TypeScript, plus enterprise integration, identity, and security expertise.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, the EU AI Act, GDPR, and data sovereignty.
• Fluent English and Danish required.
