TL;DR
Senior Production Support Analyst (AWS/Fintech): Supporting live risk-management applications for global financial clients with an accent on AWS production operations, incident resolution, and migration from an FIS-hosted environment to AWS. Focus on leading root-cause analysis, stabilizing cloud-hosted applications, and coordinating complex technical issues during North American business hours.

Location: TUN ARIA 150; hybrid work arrangement with regular support during the US shift and North American business hours.

What you will do

  • Support hirify.global Credit Risk Manager, hirify.global Risk Analytics Manager, and hirify.global Enterprise Risk Hub applications for major financial institutions.
  • Install application releases and manage changes to production systems.
  • Support the migration of applications from an hirify.global-hosted environment to AWS.
  • Host, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the stability of AWS-based applications.
  • Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex production issues.
  • Coordinate with Client Experience, Professional Services, and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in production support, customer service, or technical support.
  • Strong hands-on AWS experience, ideally at an advanced or near-expert level, including production application support and monitoring.
  • Technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, databases, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with or ability to perform basic Microsoft Windows and SQL Server administration.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and lead incident resolution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work the US shift regularly and provide support during North American business hours.
