Consultant SCA (FinOps/Microsoft Licensing) (FinOps, Microsoft licensing, SAM/ITAM): Delivering advisory and project services for Microsoft licensing, software asset management, IT asset management, and cloud cost optimization with an accent on complex enterprise environments and customer-facing consulting. Focus on leading workshops, analyzing licensing and cloud data, developing evidence-based recommendations, and owning customer workstreams from data collection through stakeholder follow-up.
Location: Helsinki, Finland; Work arrangement: Hybrid. A valid working visa for Finland is required.

What you will do
- Lead customer workshops and advisory engagements, including complex discussions with C-level stakeholders in public and private sectors.
- Analyze Microsoft licensing and commercial positions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and server products, including use rights, compliance, optimization, and renewal scenarios.
- Deliver SAM/ITAM services such as entitlement analysis, reconciliation, license-position work, lifecycle management, and optimization.
- Perform FinOps analysis and optimization in at least one hyperscaler: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Own customer workstreams end to end, covering data collection, analysis, recommendations, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Support presales, estimation, scoping, and proposal development.
Requirements
- Strong practical capability in Microsoft licensing, SAM, and/or FinOps, with deep expertise in at least one hyperscaler: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Ability to analyze customer data and turn it into evidence-based findings, recommendations, and commercial or optimization models.
- Broad Microsoft licensing knowledge across Microsoft 365, Azure, and server products, including entitlements, use rights, compliance, and renewal or optimization scenarios.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to independently facilitate complex workshops in Finnish and English.
- High ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to drive work from an unclear starting point to concrete decisions and actions.
- Willingness to develop across adjacent cloud, licensing, SAM, publisher, and service disciplines using a vendor-agnostic approach.
