Test Lead Loans and Agency Services (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands; candidates must be located in the Netherlands. Relocation is not possible.

Gross monthly salary: €5,030–€7,183 for a 36-hour work week.

hirify.global is an international bank operating a core banking platform for Corporate Banking Services.

What you will do

• Drive quality assurance across the Loans, Agency & Fees team and the CORE banking platform.
• Design test plans, execute manual and system tests, report results, and perform root cause analysis.
• Test integrations across more than 30 connected applications, including end-to-end data flows.
• Validate backend processes through APIs and SQL queries.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and the product owner in sprints and solution reviews.
• Mentor testers and identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience mentoring Quality Assurance professionals and leading a team.
• Experience with manual, exploratory, concurrent, context-driven, and risk-based testing.
• Proficiency in system integration, web services, API testing, and SQL.
• Familiarity with structured test methods such as ISTQB or TMap.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be located in the Netherlands; relocation is not possible.
