What you will do

• Define and execute testing strategies for a large-scale credit rating assessment programme.
• Coordinate testing across multiple delivery teams, complex systems, and business processes.
• Lead end-to-end, technical, and business acceptance testing.
• Apply risk-based testing approaches within a regulated environment.
• Monitor progress, identify testing needs, and ensure testing deliverables are completed.
• Align technical teams, business users, Product Owners, and senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience setting up and executing testing strategies for large-scale programmes.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably banking or financial services.
• Experience with risk-based testing and coordinating testing across complex systems and business processes.
• Experience with end-to-end testing, technical testing, and business acceptance testing.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in credit risk programmes or rating model implementations.
