Designer Level 3

Location: Netherlands; if the position allows, working from home and working from abroad for up to 8 weeks within the EU and Caribbean.

Gross monthly salary: €4,348.98–€5,212.83, plus a possible shift-work allowance of up to 30%.

What you will do

• Research employee and candidate needs through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Translate research and business needs into user flows, concepts, prototypes, and intuitive interfaces.
• Create interactive designs and prototypes in Figma and test them with users.
• Use feedback, analytics, and product insights to continuously improve digital HR experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, HR specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Guide designs through implementation and contribute to hirify.global’s design community and design system.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience with Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design collaboration.
• Experience working with and contributing to a design system.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch is optional.

Nice to have

• Experience designing digital experiences within the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of Dutch.
