What you will do

• Lead market analysis and thought leadership for the worldwide advanced packaging industry.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and produce quantitative, qualitative, and forward-looking analysis.
• Build and maintain market-sizing and forecasting models covering 2.5D and 3D integration, CoWoS, chiplets, FOWLP, SiP, capacity, capital expenditure, demand, and revenue.
• Analyze HBM manufacturing, technology, output projections, and demand drivers including AI.
• Connect foundry and advanced packaging ecosystem developments to identify bottlenecks and technology advances.
• Present findings to clients, media, industry stakeholders, and internal sales and product development teams; travel internationally for events and client meetings.

Requirements

• Leading industry knowledge of advanced semiconductor packaging and recognition as an expert in worldwide markets.
• Ability to write structured, concise, detailed, and opinionated research reports supported by data.
• Established network of senior industry contacts and strong research interviewing and data-gathering skills.
• Advanced ability to combine information from multiple sources, identify broader market implications, and connect ecosystem trends.
• Expertise with Excel databases and pivot tables, alongside strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Comfort hosting customer briefings, leading client calls, meeting deadlines, and traveling regularly worldwide.
