Location: Taipei, Taiwan; office-based role

What you will do
- Analyze business and operational processes using internal data and external sources.
- Participate in process improvement teams and take a lead role on selected projects.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support problem solving and crisis situations.
- Prepare reports and graphics for internal and external customers.
- Build effective relationships with customers, operations, and other functional groups.
- Incorporate environmental, employee, and contractor safety into carrier selection and related decisions.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of operational experience.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced office.
- PC literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- College degree preferred but not required.
Nice to have
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics.
- APICS CSCP certification.
- Leadership experience.
