Senior Site Activation Coordinator

What you will do

• Perform country-level feasibility, site activation, and selected maintenance activities for assigned clinical studies.
• Prepare, review, track, and follow up on site documents, including questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory and ethics documents, informed consent forms, and investigator pack materials.
• Check documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy in accordance with regulations, SOPs, work instructions, and project requirements.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with accurate study information.
• Collaborate with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, investigative sites, sponsors, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience; healthcare experience is beneficial.
• Strong administration, interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and sponsors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
