HR Business Partner (Malaysia and Indonesia) (People & Culture): Partnering with leaders and employees across Malaysia and Indonesia on talent, performance, employee relations, organizational change, engagement, and workforce planning with an accent on local employment compliance and employee experience. Focus on advising leaders, managing employee relations, supporting organizational design, and improving regional People & Culture processes.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; supports Malaysia and Indonesia. Flexible work model combining purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.

What you will do
- Act as the primary People & Culture partner for leaders across Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Advise managers on leadership, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and development planning.
- Assist with organizational design, restructuring, engagement initiatives, communications, and change management.
- Partner with regional business partners, Centers of Excellence, and P&C Operations to deliver employee lifecycle activities.
- Use people data to identify trends and improve local People & Culture processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, including business partnering.
- Experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation; exposure to Indonesian employment practices is advantageous.
- Experience working in a matrix, regional, or multinational organization and supporting multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and change management capabilities.
