Relationship Officer - Excellency (Retail Banking)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; flexible and remote working options are available subject to eligibility and job requirements.

Salary: AED 16,000–21,500 per month, plus eligibility for variable pay plans.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Gather customer feedback and research products and services to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review customer portfolios to identify cross-sell, upsell, and retention opportunities.
• Follow organizational policies, processes, procedures, and service standards.
• Deliver consistent service in internal and external customer interactions.
• Manage work in line with people-management practices to maximize business contribution.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relationship management experience in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Finance.
• In-depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends.
• Understanding of wealth management products and services.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills, with the ability to take the lead.
• Good numeracy skills.
