Mechanical Engineer Piping

Location: Levice, Slovakia; hybrid arrangement with home office possible two days per week.

Basic gross salary: €2,200 per month minimum, with final compensation based on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Prepare and manage technical specification documents for RFQs and purchase orders.
• Lead technical negotiations and supplier expediting meetings with Procurement and Supply Quality teams.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, automation, and piping interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct design reviews and manage the design freeze process.
• Manage Bills of Quantities orders and installation subcontracts.
• Support the Engineering Manager with non-conformities and claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in large EPC projects.
• Knowledge of equipment and packages used in Waste-to-X, Renewable Gas, or Carbon Capture plants.
• Hands-on experience managing third-party suppliers and multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary and multi-location collaboration.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, required.
