Senior Research Executive (FMCG)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Sales Force Activation custom research projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and communication plans while managing risks and dependencies.
• Design research methodologies, questionnaires, sampling frameworks, and data collection requirements.
• Coordinate fieldwork with Operations teams and external partners, ensuring data integrity and methodological rigor.
• Analyze findings, integrate multiple data sources, and create reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations.
• Present recommendations to clients and manage relationships with clients, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in customized or consumer research, preferably from a research agency.
• Excellent project management, analytical research, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of custom research sampling and design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work at the Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam location.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of statistics or multivariate analysis.
• Experience using SPSS.
