What you will do
- Design, develop, and experiment with AI solutions for IT service delivery.
- Build and test AI assistants for support, automated documentation, testing tools, and incident detection.
- Contribute to the industrialization of AI use cases in the AI for Delivery roadmap.
- Collaborate with local and international teams to prioritize and prototype solutions aligned with operational needs.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and models through technology watch activities.
- Document work and present results during internal reviews and demo sessions.
Requirements
- Student in computer science, data science, or a related field, with a specialization or strong interest in artificial intelligence.
- Skills in Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks.
- Team spirit, autonomy, curiosity, and ability to work in an international agile environment.
- Fluent English required.
