What you will do
- Support the origination, structuring, and execution of asset financing transactions across infrastructure, real estate, fund financing, and other asset-backed opportunities.
- Support structured credit and equity financing transactions for corporate and sponsor clients.
- Develop and analyze financial models and perform financial and valuation analysis using Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.
- Prepare client presentations and help manage transaction processes.
- Assist in advising Korean and global corporates, financial institutions, and sovereign-related clients on financing and investment activities.
- Work with Capital Solutions Group colleagues, investment banking teams, product groups, and external clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–6 years of relevant experience in capital markets or product groups.
- Professional fluency in both Korean and English is required.
- Knowledge of financing solutions including debt capital markets, bond issuance, loan financing, asset-backed structures, and bespoke capital solutions.
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Understanding of transaction cycles and financing processes.
- Ability to exercise judgment, make quick and complex decisions, and work with professionals across the firm and external clients.
