Senior Contract Management Specialist (Senior Contract Counsel) (FinTech)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid work with two office days per week and remote work on other days

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute client contracts across on-premises, SaaS, Professional Services, and BPaaS offerings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on contract and commercial matters, including resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
• Support Customer Success Management, Service Delivery, Project Management, and other stakeholders with contract interpretations.
• Monitor and optimize the commercial performance and quality of contracts.
• Support obligation management, quality assurance, and compliance with the Contract Assurance & Performance framework.
• Maintain the contract repository and database, support contract change and exit handling, and contribute to the implementation of contract management tools and the CLM platform.

Requirements

• Law degree or relevant degree in contract management, contract administration, or business administration with a commercial law focus.
• At least 5 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or legal counsel work, preferably in SaaS, outsourcing, or IT.
• Knowledge of contract and commercial law and the legal and regulatory aspects of SaaS and cloud services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Co-Pilot or Claude, and contract management software and tools.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and customer-oriented skills.

• Knowledge of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
