Corporate Counsel (AI)

Location: Copenhagen Hub - Løvstræde, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Support the digital organisation and online retail business on legal matters involving information technology, digital services and artificial intelligence.
• Structure, draft, negotiate and approve commercial, procurement, technology, licensing and digital agreements.
• Provide practical legal guidance for commercial and procurement decisions.
• Support consistent digital contracting and artificial intelligence compliance.
• Manage a significant share of digital contractual work independently while collaborating with legal colleagues and procurement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law or an equivalent legal qualification, preferably with a focus on business law.
• Experience negotiating information technology contracts in a law firm or in-house legal role.
• Experience drafting commercial, technology, licensing or digital agreements.
• Experience handling transactional legal work involving digitalisation, information technology or technology services.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence compliance requirements in a legal or commercial setting.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology-related legal matters in an international business setting.
