TL;DR
Global Manager, C&B and HRIS (HR Operations/AI): Owning compensation and benefits, HRIS, payroll, people analytics, and HR infrastructure for a 600-person global company with an accent on job architecture, global benefits, workforce planning, and HR systems. Focus on building AI agents and workflow automations, scaling HR operations across countries, and translating people data into executive insights.
Location: Hybrid role based in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do
- Own global compensation and benefits, including job architecture, leveling, benchmarking, salary reviews, stock option cycles, and global benefits.
- Lead headcount planning, growth modeling, HR budgeting, and procurement in partnership with Finance and Talent Acquisition.
- Deliver global HR cycles such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, OKRs, and audits while improving supporting processes.
- Build the people analytics practice, including dashboards, data insights, and recommendations for HR and business leaders.
- Own BambooHR across the employee lifecycle, including people data, integrations, workflow automation, global payroll, and EOR operations.
- Lead HR readiness for expansion into new countries and develop AI agents, skills, and organizational plugins for HR operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of HRIS and Compensation & Benefits experience in a global company, including 4+ years of hands-on C&B experience.
- Experience building HR infrastructure, leading global cross-functional projects, managing workforce planning, budgets, procurement, payroll, and EOR partners.
- At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience using Claude or similar tools to build and implement AI agents, skills, and organizational plugins.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including people-data dashboards, actionable insights, executive presentations, system integrations, and workflow automation.
- Experience managing and developing team members while balancing strategic projects with daily operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English required. Experience with BambooHR is a strong plus; Papaya and Pave familiarity is an advantage.
