Service Technician II

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States of America. Work takes place at customer facilities and includes travel of up to 50%.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food equipment.
• Service cooking, food preparation, ware-washing, weigh-wrap, baking, and refrigeration equipment.
• Work from home each morning and travel to customer sites with minimal direct supervision.
• Meet weekly productivity and customer-service goals.
• Operate vehicles, machinery, power tools, and equipment in commercial kitchen environments.

Requirements

• Accredited high school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of similar electrical or mechanical experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
• Availability for overtime, on-call work, nights, weekends, and schedule changes.
• Ability to attend industry training at the corporate headquarters in Troy, Ohio.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, walk 3–5 miles per day, and drive 5–6 hours per day.
