TL;DR
Enterprise Architect (Solution Design/Pre-Sales): Scoping and presenting comprehensive multi-practice technology solutions that align client business objectives with IT capabilities, with an accent on enterprise architecture, business process optimization, and client advisory. Focus on developing proposals and implementation plans, presenting to executive stakeholders, and designing scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Location: Remote in Houston, TX; overnight travel required for approximately 20–25% of the work schedule

What you will do
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT stakeholders to analyze objectives and scope comprehensive multi-practice solutions.
- Present Pellera’s capabilities, offerings, and relevant success stories in executive-level client discussions.
- Develop detailed proposals and implementation plans focused on scalability, security, and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through technology and automation.
- Partner with regional sales leadership on strategic account planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in solution design and architecture.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business domains and processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, sales, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
