Product Operations Intern (Rewards)

Location: Remote from Colombia

Salary: 2,800,000 COP monthly

What you will do

• Review receipt-scanning submissions against validation rules and make consistent approve or reject decisions.
• Identify unusual receipt formats, retailer-specific issues, duplicate submissions, and signs of abuse.
• Write actionable bug reports, reproducible examples, and improvement suggestions for engineering.
• Prioritize product improvements by customer impact, fraud risk, and operational cost.
• Track fixes through the backlog, validate shipped improvements, and identify regressions.
• Maintain review guidelines and help simplify or automate operational workflows and internal tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to identifying patterns and defining rules.
• Effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to write actionable technical reports.
• Interest in consumer fintech, rewards and loyalty programs, product operations, or products operating at scale.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.

Nice to have

• Experience through internships, projects, or extracurricular activities in operations, product, fintech, data analysis, trust and safety, or startups.
